hard pillows no airflow
the location was good, and the breakfast was acceptable.
the room was very warm, and the window didn't open PROPERLY. this meant there was no airflow. the bed was comfortable BUT the pillows were HARD, and i could hear other guests coughing.

good choice dog breakfast friendly staff
The breakfast had a good choice. I also appreciated that the dog got a breakfast. The staff members were friendly and cute. The location was very convenient, close to the town center.
The road traffic made a lot of noise at night. The room got really hot, so I had to open the window. People going home after a night out woke me up.

Really good service and prime location
attentive staff smooth check-in high-quality items
I was greatly impressed by the staff's attentiveness . The receptionist was helpful and made check-in very smooth. I appreciated the breakfast. The quality of the cooked items was great, alongside a lovely continental buffet. I found the central location advantageous, it was close to shops and dining places.
I found that the room I stayed in could be noisy due to street traffic during the night. Earplugs might be useful.

fabulous stay!
great location friendly staff clean room
i loved the location! the staff were really helpful and super friendly. the breakfast was yummy and the room was clean. i particularly enjoyed the water, tea, coffee, and biscuits in the room.
the shower was difficult to adjust. it definitely needs some maintenance.

scrambled eggs broken discount
the breakfast was included, but not amazing. i mean, the scrambled eggs tasted like they came out of a packet. the coffee wasn't much better. also, getting to the room was like navigating a maze. so many stairs! the hotel felt more like a workout than a relaxing stay, and the discount ticket didn't even work.

A Few Issues Detracted From the Stay
thin walls weak shower
I encountered a couple of problems . The walls seemed quite thin. I could hear other guests. This made it difficult to relax completely. the shower had very little pressure. It was hard to get a good wash.

secret garden crisp bedding cozy moments
The secret garden was fine. I spent a good afternoon there, among its beauty. Our room's crisp white bedding and thoughtful supply of tea, coffee and nice biscuits really were comforting. The bar area provided cozy moments.
